Our family began almost 7 years ago when our first son Jackson was born. He would not meet his Daddy until he was 2 years old.
As the story goes, I asked Richie Fike who his hot drummer was…and Matt and I were married 1 year later. Jack was adopted by Matt soon after. We got pregnant with Boston on our honeymoon and he came into our family exactly 9 months later! Last year we welcomed baby Moses, our happy little ray of sunshine.
We ended that year with the miscarriage of our 4th little boy who is now with Jesus. We look forward to meeting him in heaven one day as we journey through our lives here "always keeping our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith."
My story is one of complete redemption. A single mom finds the Lord, becomes a children's pastor, meets the most wonderful man in the world, gets married, has 3 little rockstar boys and now gets to stay at home with them! Jack's teacher asked him what his mother did and his response pretty much sums it all up..."she stays at home and plays Lincoln logs and semi-trucks everyday." God is GOOD.
