My grandma used to make us Ramen when I was a kid but I always remember it being super healthy with veggies in it...way different from the kind I made in college :)! We are on day #3 of sickness in this house so I set about to try to make that healthy Ramen because the Campbells cans were getting a little boring. Here's what I came up with...
1 can of chicken broth
1 cup of water
2 celery sticks
2 carrots
2 bags of Ramen (I made it with the Ramen soup flavor packets and it turned out a little too salty so you might want to only use one of those or nix them all together)
*And if you have chicken, you can throw that in there to make easy chicken noodle soup!
